As expected, I’ve worked myself into a frenzy. In my sleep, I convinced myself that it was close to the time where I had to get up and that my alarm wasn’t going to go off. I’m supposed to get up at 4:45. I start panicking, wake up and roll over to check my phone and it was only 12:45. I’m wide awake and my laptop is packed away so I’m typing this out on my phone. If I said this was the first time I’ve panicked like this in my sleep, I’d be lying. I do this whenever I have an important date early the next day.
I used to have multiple alarm clocks in high school. Even though I only have one clock now, I think panicking like this isn’t a sign of getting better…
